Nug beats

This is one of my latest semi-complete exceptionally short tracks.  I'm calling it Urgent Funk because I couldn't come up with a cooler name for it in the short time from completion to publication.  Initial inspirations came from a song called Ghetto Superstar [you can kinda hear the similarities in the beginning] and a song from Souls of Mischeif.  I took it and kinda went off the grid with it.  It's kinda tamed actually... maybe I should make a harder remix in the future... heh

A friendly relaxing chill beat I created for a friend's project.  It is currently not being used, but I plan for it to be used for a friend of mine.

This is a relaxing sounding track that I created for the rolling credits of my short zombie film Outbreak of Infected Crazies.

This was a very Hip Hop inspired track that I created a long time ago.  The particular track that had the biggest impact on my creation of this track was a song called Hip Hop by Mos Def.  The song contained these horns that I thought sounded really nice.  So I started off the beat with horns and I originally used the same melody as Mos's version.  Then I changed the melody to create a unique original track.

This is a track that I've created very long ago that I thought sounded like it could be a boss theme of a video game. 

It also happens that I was listening to a lot of video game music at the time, such as songs from Final Fantasy 7.

For this track, I wanted a more Hip Hop-ish feel and less crazy aggression and energy.  It still feels a bit dark, but something you can nod your head to.  I can imagine it in a movie... but what movie...?

This is a track in which I feel literally "erupts" with emotion and energy! I don't remember what I was feeling at the time, but man was I excited with the result

This is one of my favorite tracks that I've created. I don't remember what I was listening to at the time, but whatever it was made me create this track. I think it was a little bit of Nujabes. I realize that this track doesn't quite sound Nujabes-inspired, but hey, that's how things start.

I've also used this track for a scene in my short film "Outbreak of Infected Crazies".
